Trinidad de Cuba

Trinidad de Cuba is a favourite destination of ours. Only a 335km bus ride from Havana. Trinidad is a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Stumbling over the cobblestone streets you will see stately churches, cool tiled courtyards with a great colonial atmosphere. The striking architecture of Trinidad is squeezed between the coast and the Topes de Collantes Mountains.

Ancon is a great beach that is 12km from Trinidad.

We have met many wonderful people in Cuba. Two friends are Ida and Fidel. They have a Casa and will rent you a nice clean room and cook you some fabulous meals....served in the courtyard at the back. Ida and Fidel are very engaging, friendly, trusting people.

To contact Fidel and Ida...go to the top of my blog..........enjoy some of our photos and I will post more pictures of Trinidad de Cuba and Cuba from time to time.
